Web Development & Marketing Intern
Internship Description:
Possible tasks include:
- Web development – updating and improving the website using WooCommerce and WordPress
- Improving and updating the e-commerce functionality of the website
- Liaising with web developer who is based in India
- Tracking & analysing user behaviour on the site
- Using Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook and other social media to help direct traffic to e-commerce website
- Help develop a growth strategy for potential customers in Ireland, the US and elsewhere

Some knowledge of HTML, script/back-end language would be preferrable (enough to understand when problems come up or are raised by the web development team in India) - OR

Venue Manager and Coach
Internship Description:
- Help establish operational and management processes for the new venue, including marketing strategy, field bookings, event organisation etc.
- Take full responsibility for managing their renowned youth league (Victory League).
- Help prepare coaching plans and delivery of coaching sessions.
- Assist in the sourcing/data input of a new management system.
- Work within a small team to gain maximum value from social media platforms.
- Other ad-hoc assignments/projects as required.

Internship Description:
The main tasks for this internship are training children touch and tag rugby skills and assisting the head coach of the high school team to train the team, this includes but isn’t limited to:
- Coaching children from 5~12 years old

● Assist Head Coach to deliver high quality programs and classes, tracking program participation and supervise equipment usage
● Assist Head Coach in building lesson plan
● Work with kids and parents on court.
● Assist on planning, organizing and executing events/tournaments.
● Coach up to 15 – 20 hours/week including implementing lesson plans according to program curriculum.
● Support in competition structure implementation.
