Application Process
The application process is as easy as 1,2,3…
1. SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION
Submit your application form and then complete a quick one-way online video interview and submit your CV (if required).
2. PROGRAMME CONFIRMATION
If selected, our friendly team will be in contact to discuss your preferences, find the most suitable options and coach you through the next steps.
3. ONBOARDING
You’ve confirmed your programme – congratulations! Next, we’ll be in touch about booking flights and sorting your visa (if necessary). You’ll gain access to the Pagoda Portal to start your onboarding and we’ll organise a live information session with you to answer any questions.

Pagoda will provide you with comprehensive support prior to travelling. Once in country a team member will meet you at the airport and accompany you to your organised accommodation in line with our accommodation quality policy and support you throughout the 4-weeks
Phase 1 – Project Brief & Preparation
Settle into your new home with professional and cultural workshops and activities. Kick-off your industry project through knowledge sharing and getting to know your teammates and industry mentor.
Phase 2 – Project Work
Work collaboratively in your group to complete relevant research and analysis whilst meeting with your mentor weekly to ask questions and ensure you’re on the right track.
Phase 3 – Project Deliverables
Present your findings and recommendations to your peers and mentors whilst celebrating and reflecting on your programme and personal development.

Funding & Costs
The programme fee is funded by University of Stirling. However there are other costs to be considered that are to be paid by the student.
In-Person Industry Experience
- £200 refundable deposit

Pre-Programme
Pagoda will host virtual pre-programme event(s) where participants will have the chance to have their questions answered. Pagoda will also offer guidance and tips to help you make the most out of your programme. A recording of the event will be provided to those unable to attend.
Support
A Pagoda team member will provide you with an orientation at the start of your programme either in-person or online to make sure you start your programme on the right foot. Throughout the programme you will check-in weekly with the Pagoda team, who will also provide 24/7 emergency assistance if required. The team will be able to provide personal one-on-one careers and coaching chats.
Pagoda Portal
The Portal is a digital hub for our student community where you will be able to locate key programme information, forms and documentation.
You’ll also be able to access a variety of different employability resources which will set you on your way as you head into your career.
Alumni Network
