Internship Description:

They are seeking a Training / E-Learning Development Intern to join their team. As a Training / E-Learning Development Intern, you will work closely with their experienced trainers and consultants, assisting them in delivering high-quality training services to their clients or developing e-learning material on intercultural or DEI-related topics. You will have the opportunity to learn about intercultural management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and international adult education while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Subject to availability and timing, you are also invited to participate in some modules of their intercultural or diversity train-the-trainer courses.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for their clients
  • Conduct research on relevant topics and provide support in creating training materials and presentations
  • Attend and participate in client meetings and workshops
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and follow-up activities
