They are currently in phase one of the project. The company offer a unique learning environment for children, running an after-school activity programme focused on creative learning, where children can be educated on a variety of topics using interactive and creative methods of teaching.

Role:

ZHMA02 – Event Coordinator and Party Organiser at Cultural Hub

Internship Description:

The host company seeks creative, highly organized event planners to help them execute unforgettable events that generate brand awareness, maintain customer relationships, and boost employee morale. The intern’s duties include conceptualizing event theme ideas, planning budgets, liaising with suppliers and clients, presenting post-event reports, and ensuring that each event is flawlessly executed. With a professional fitness training and coaching background, the intern can also facilitate the company’s group classes.

**Responsibilities:**

\- Identifying clients’ requirements and expectations for each event.

\- Brainstorming and implementing event concepts and themes.

\- Preparing event budgets and processing invoices.

\- Researching and booking venues.

\- Organizing suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment.

\- Coordinating all logistical elements of the event.

\- Managing set-up, tear-down, and clean-up operations.

\- Anticipating attendee needs and making preparations against potential risks.

\- Developing post-event reports on the effectiveness of each event.

Internship Requirements:
