This is a non-profit organization, devoted to creating more business relationships between Taiwan and 22 Arab countries
The organization provides essential resources for businesses to expand and cultivate relationships to develop, sustain, and enhance a diverse and resilient Taiwanese economy, and offer networking to a wide variety of industries
This year, they will issue an online digital magazine: to be precise, a tourism and business magazine to promote Taiwan’s international reputation in 22 Arabic countries
In addition, they working on a project of interviewing 100 Taiwanese leaders, with the purpose of introducing Taiwanese enterprises to the global stage and succeed in developing the worldwide market. The influencers include local restaurant owners, hotel managers, company CEOs, enterprises’ founders, (diplomat ambassadors and representatives of foreign affairs). Having done the interviewing, promoting, and sharing, other local companies can be enlightened or inspired by their stories and eventually stimulate the economy in Taiwan.
Internship Position:
Video Editor
Internship Description:
- Proficiency using video/ filming equipment and skills in editing software (AE, PR)
- Proven experience in video editing and production (including having a portfolio of recent video projects to share)
- Create video content from recorded footage for social media sites
- Collaborate with the photographer and journalists to plan and execute video content calendar
- Manipulating and editing film pieces in a way that is invisible to the audience
- Taking a brief to grasp the production team’s needs and specifications
- Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity
- Editing multiple, fast turnaround projects
Internship Requirements:
- Faculty of Art and design, Animation Faculty or related subjects
- Understanding of video editing software (AE, PR)
- Experience in making videos
- Outgoing, creative personality
- Excellent communication and writing skills and a solid understanding of project implementation
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with other creatives
