Internship Position:
Translator and Editor at A.I Translation Platform
Internship Description:
- Alignment work between translated texts and client edited texts (annual reports in particular).
- Review glossaries and create client-specific glossaries and style guides.
- Analysis of client edited documents.
- Support the I.T. team in the development of the company’s translation tool.
- Translate texts of various fields from Traditional Chinese to English.
- Proofread and edit texts translated into English.
Internship Requirements:
- Experience in translation and editing (Traditional Chinese<>English),
- Experience and knowledge in the financial translation industry is a plus
- Excellent command in written English and Chinese
- Can-do attitude; willing to learn new things and take on new challenges
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Can work both independently and as part of a group
- Able to perform under pressure
