Talent Solution Consulting Intern

Internship Description:

Presales

  • Research new trends in HR and HR-related fields trends and movements in assessment markets and related fields (HR, psychology, etc.) to become a knowledge hub.
  • Prepare and create (blog post, E-book, Whitepaper) about Talent and Talent -related topics

Sales

Assist senior consultants to

  • Engage with customers: Advise customers on how to optimize the usage of a solution with their specific context, including cooperating with other Talent team members
  • Develop and deliver customized solution training and ongoing support to customers
  • Understand deeply analyze customers’ needs, wants, pains, objectives, expectations, and commitment levels

Support

  • Support customers: Periodically check with customers to ensure they are applying the best practices without problems.
  • Provide and offer solutions to customers to engage and meet their needs with our products

Others

  • Assist Marketing teams in producing high-quality content by providing insights and reviewing the content for ongoing products
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team leader

 

Internship Requirements:

  • Proficient in English in all skills (prefer IELTS from 6.5)
  • Understanding of customer service practices
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about HR/talent management
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
  • Analytical, self-learning, and self-motivated
