As a Sourcing & Research Intern, you’ll embark on a strategic journey, playing a crucial role in our continued expansion through mergers and acquisitions: Conduct comprehensive research of the renewable energy landscape in Europe and South America, meticulously identifying promising industrial targets with potential for strategic M&A opportunities. Craft and implement research methodologies to source and contact potential companies, fostering initial connections and building rapport to pave the way for successful M&A transactions. Contribute to the in-depth analysis and evaluation of identified M&A opportunities, providing insightful data and financial modeling to inform crucial investment decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with our expert M&A team, gaining invaluable mentorship as you refine your research, negotiation, and analytical skills in a dynamic professional environment.
