The organisation currently manages a number of international players and legends rights and social channels within China including Dani Alves, Douglas Costa, Emerson and Marco Materazzi.

Sales Executive Internship
Internship Description:
- Support the internship host company business director to drive business growth and develop different sales packages for their current Sports IP and Digital Media inventories – including players, legends and national teams that they work with
- Sell different Sponsorship and Partnership solutions with digital media packages to different brands and agencies
- Sales pipeline management: Managing the sales target to define the leads acquisition strategy
- Client management: day-to-day client contact across key accounts, including responding to ongoing requests and proactive communication around new opportunities
- Project management and delivery: planning, overseeing and delivering activities and campaigns across online events, social, digital and PR…etc.
- Reports/presentations: creating and delivering internal and external documents and presentation to clients, potential clients and colleagues
- New business development: supporting the business director by approaching potential clients and developing and presenting new business pitches & developing any new business models
Internship Requirements:
- Previous agency experience or marketing and advertising background is preferred, but not essential
- Sales driven personality and willingness to develop new business opportunities
- Good account handling knowledge, strong project management skills, budgeting, and planning expertise
- Ability to build excellent client relationships through demonstration of knowledge and expertise
- Creativity – an ability to generate ideas and solve problems
- Great interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence in presenting to senior personnel
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage accounts profitably and within budget
- Ability to meeting deadlines and resolving problems under pressure. Excellent attention to detail
- English language skills, as well as the local language for the region the candidate is working in (Middle East, SEA)
- Pro-active, willing to take initiative to achieve goals
- Entrepreneurship, able to work well independently with minimal supervision
- Team player; willing to pitch in when needed
- Keen interest in sports; football fan is a plus, or a sports background
