Sales Coordinator Intern
Internship Description:
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals
- Research potential clients and markets to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
- Help organize and participate in sales meetings and events
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies
- Provide support to the sales team in various ad-hoc projects and tasks
- Opportunity to work with an international organization with clients and contractors in
Europe, USA, Japan, China, Singapore, and many other world business hubs
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to the success of the sales team
