Sale Assistant Intern
Internship Description:
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Assisting customers with questions, concerns and purchases at a charity shop owned by the NGO
- Performing cross-sells and upsells based on customers’ interests and tastes to drive additional store revenue
- Ensuring safety on the sales floor for customers
- Attending weekly sales meetings
- Guiding customers on purchases based on interests, promotions and other sales
- Performing general store upkeep during store hours and after closing, organizing shelves and restocking items
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese
- Communication skills
- Merchandising
- Problem-solving
