Role: SaaS Data Analyst and Onboarding Internship
Internship Description:
We are looking for a SaaS Data Analyst and Onboarding Intern who to help onboard new clients, collect data, test outputs and capture and analyze data for the business.
Tasks include:
- Own, implement and manage the onboarding journey for Enerlytic customers
- Provide regular reporting on onboarding metrics
- Create, maintain, and continually improve repeatable processes and resources to enhance the customer experience
- Regular testing of data
- Create, monitor and track key KPIs to drive trajectory-changing performance
- Work with technical team on analysis for future developments
Requirements:
- Tech savvy
- Proficient in the use of a range of communication, presentation and other business tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills essential
