Recruitment Intern
Internship Description:
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Utilize MS Excel to maintain candidate databases, including applicant tracking, interview
schedules, and candidate feedback - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
or recruitment database
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
