Recruitment Consultant Intern
Internship Description:
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Work with experienced recruiters to interview candidates using behavioral-based interviewing techniques
- Join the company’s “Business Development Day” and gain experience on how to develop client relationships
- Support the recruitment team in building a strong database of candidates and clients
- Source candidates for different jobs given to you by experienced recruiters
- Join business negotiation meetings on recruitment fees etc. with your team members
- Work within a multinational culture and learn about Thai culture from your colleagues
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Sales, Business or a related field
- Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well in a multinational team environment
