Role:
PHNMA01 – Project Listing Internship for a Leading Real Estate Platform
Internship Description:
Manage project listing sessions on the website;
– Creating and publishing project listings in line with company standards
– Arranging property visits for the media team to update the latest photos, videos, 360-degree tour
– Calling the developer team for updates on the properties
– Managing and updating the property index How will you be measured in your role?
– Project Listing Officer
– Number of project listings being listed
– Quality of existing project listings in terms of photos, descriptions, and updated details
– Understanding of projects available in the market (especially the condo type)
– Targets as a sale/rental agent role (to be set when performing the role)
– Other support is judged by Sale Director and General Manager
– Other chances to support the overall business may come about during the term and can be supportive to your final KPI results
