Role: Legal Intern

Internship Description:

The primary responsibilities of the position include:

  • Reviewing and optimizing existing contractual templates to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards
  • Mapping and rationalizing the use of external law firms to streamline processes and reduce costs
  • Improving internal processes related to contract management and legal compliance
  • Reviewing and marking up contracts to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Optimizing and maintaining a legal database for easy access and retrieval of information
  • Analyzing and interpreting data related to energy solutions and sustainability initiatives
  • Supporting the development of cutting-edge innovative data capabilities for the energy industry

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Working knowledge of a European language in addition to English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A background in social sciences such as law, human rights, public policy, or sustainability studies.
