International Business Development Intern

Internship Description:

As an International Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth and market expansion initiatives across the globe. You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with international partners, distributors, and clients, and expanding our market presence in new regions.

Possible tasks and projects include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Work with our Marketing team to conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, trends, and opportunities for our human hair products
    • Analyze market dynamics, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences to formulate market entry strategies
  • Business Development:
    • Develop and execute international business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
    • Identify and establish relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key industry players in target markets
    • Negotiate and close business deals to expand our product reach and distribution channels
  • Market Expansion:
    • Identify and assess market entry opportunities in new countries and regions
    • Develop market entry strategies, including pricing, distribution, and marketing plans
    • Coordinate market expansion activities and monitor progress
  • Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, distributors, and clients
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
    • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets
    • Implement sales and marketing initiatives to promote our products in international markets

Internship Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or study in Business Administration, International Business
  • Proven experience in international business development, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty, or human hair industry is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of international markets and business practices
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Multilingual skills would be a plus
  • English is required
  • Laptop is required
