Dive into the world of recruitment! You’ll carefully review resumes, conduct engaging first-round interviews, and draft contracts for the candidates who really stand out. Become a master of HR tasks! You’ll handle important tasks like calculating wages, creating income statements, and providing clear information to employees when they need it. Craft job descriptions that spark excitement and attract people who share our passion for hospitality. You’ll help us find the perfect match for every role. Help us improve our HR processes by creating clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that make everyone’s work easier and more organized. Be a friendly and helpful resource for employees with questions about their contracts, income, or any other HR-related concerns.
Internship Requirements:
- Interest in Employment Law (Bonus): Knowing Hong Kong employment law is a plus, but we’re also excited to help you learn along the way.
- Great Interviewing Skills: Have a knack for spotting talent and making people feel comfortable during interviews. Your communication skills will help us find the best people for our team.
- Strong Organizational Skills: Stay on top of tasks, manage spreadsheets like a pro, and keep things running smoothly. Your attention to detail will be key in this role.
