The centre also features the unique retail concept of “Fast Lane” and “Slow Lane” which is rooted in the culture of Chengdu.
Internship Description:
- Support the Customer Service Centre
- Interact with customers, manage and reply to requests & enquiries
- Ensure customers are happy with our service
- Assist in organising and running marketing events
- Carry out active market research
- Support our marketing team and bring in own ideas
Requirements:
- English Native Speaker
- Excellent in communication skills
- Cheerful personality
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good PC knowledge especially in MS PowerPoint
