  • Clarifying and demystifying notions of blockchain and how it relates to Sustainability & Sustainable Development Goals SDG’s.
  • Providing resources for educators/activists to confidently introduce blockchain technology into people’s lives; highlighting the sustainable advantages and positive impact on communities and businesses.
  • Bridging people into a world where they are welcomed on their lifelong learning journey & invited into the Cardano community, ultimately enabling and empowering visitors to discover, acquire and nurture an appreciation of what blockchain is, its limitations and its possibilities.

Role:

Fundraising and Grant Writing Intern

Internship Description:

Possible tasks and projects include:

  • Assist in developing and implementing fundraising strategies for blockchain-based ventures
  • Contribute to the creation of grant proposals and investor pitch decks
  • Engage in crowdfunding campaigns to raise capital for innovative blockchain projects
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and pursue grant opportunities

N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.

Internship Requirements:

  • Preferred degree of study in computer science, economics, business or related discipline
  • Demonstrated interest in fundraising, grant writing, and investor relations
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possessing knowledge of blockchain/cryptocurrency and its communities and ecosystems would be great, and Cardano especially, but if not, no worries, enthusiasm and openness to learning more about such subjects are important!
  • Positive, proactive startup mentality
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Fluency in English is required. An additional language is desirable as we are a multilingual team
