Furthermore, a 1200 square meter conference room enables events to take place as well.

Internship Position:

Front Office (FO)

Internship Description:

  • Support the Front Office on it’s daily tasks
  • Welcome guests and assist them according to their needs
  • Assist with the Check-out process
  • Answer the phone, correspond with clients
  • Consult the guest in all matters
  • Provide information about the Hotel services and facilities
  • Assign the guest to their room
  • Take care of the guest registration and check- in
  • Additional benefits: the intern will be allowed to stay in a room of the Hotel during his internship and will be granted access to all it’s facilities and services

Requirements:

  • Hospitality/ Gastronomy/ Tourism or related major preferred
  • Previous work experience in the industry is a plus
  • Able to work in an international team
  • Comfortable dealing with guests
  • Motivated and open-minded personality
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Other European languages are a plus as well
  • High level of service and customer orientation
  • Professional working attitude
