Internship Position:
Front Office (FO)
Internship Description:
- Support the Front Office on it’s daily tasks
- Welcome guests and assist them according to their needs
- Assist with the Check-out process
- Answer the phone, correspond with clients
- Consult the guest in all matters
- Provide information about the Hotel services and facilities
- Assign the guest to their room
- Take care of the guest registration and check- in
- Additional benefits: the intern will be allowed to stay in a room of the Hotel during his internship and will be granted access to all it’s facilities and services
Requirements:
- Hospitality/ Gastronomy/ Tourism or related major preferred
- Previous work experience in the industry is a plus
- Able to work in an international team
- Comfortable dealing with guests
- Motivated and open-minded personality
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Other European languages are a plus as well
- High level of service and customer orientation
- Professional working attitude
