Executive Assistant Intern to CEO
Internship Description:
The job will involve a mix of internal tasks and external interaction with founders, partners, vendors, service providers, banks and other stakeholders, and an excellent role to learn and develop your own skills. The CEO is a award winning CEO from UK and places much emphasis on empowering & developing staff.
• Analyze and do work to deeply understand the founders’ goals and protect their interests and time accordingly.
• Manage an active calendar, travel, provide operational support for CEO’s initiatives
• Coordinate internal & external meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up action items
• Communicate directly on behalf of the CEO/Executive team with internal and external stakeholders
• Capable of independent desktop research on market, competition,
• Compile documents & presentation material for meetings. seminars etc. • Work with people inside and outside
