The technology makes robots work in many places that are not possible before: crowded places like a hospital with a lot of human traffic, or huge spaces like an airport where even humans can easily get lost.
The company was a leading researcher at SUTD, where they worked on self-driving bicycles and solar-powered robots. Before starting the current company, the founder established a hardware robotics company, where they designed and sold hundreds of educational robots to a Singapore University.

European Sales Intern
Internship Description:
The host company is looking for an enthusiastic, driven, top performer to join a fast-paced, high-performing Sales Development Representatives (SDR) team.
The SDR plays a critical role in growing the business at the host company; as an intern, you will be the first point of contact with potential clients and set the tone for client experience. Your primary focus will be outbound prospecting to generate new and qualified leads and prospect follow-up for the Business Team.
Responsibilities
– Partner with the Sales/Business Team to create an outbound prospecting strategy, as well as to fill and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads
– Search for a minimum 100 Business leads weekly
– Meet and exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and new business leads
– Create a great first impression on their prospective client by giving them a meaningful experience and overview of their value.
– Gain in-depth knowledge of all things about the company to educate potential clients on the value of their products
– Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative & compelling follow-ups
Internship Requirements:
– Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
– Excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
– Prior experience in the startup industry in value-add
– Good communication in English
