Internship Description:

The host company seeks an Education/Training Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education and training within a dynamic and innovative environment. As an Education/Training Intern, you will work closely with our team to assist in developing and delivering educational programs and training initiatives.
  • Assist in developing educational materials, training modules, and course content.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Assist in researching educational trends, best practices, and innovative teaching methods.
  • Provide administrative support for education and training programs, including scheduling, registration, and participant communication.
  • Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness and participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of educational programs with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support the development of online learning platforms and virtual training sessions.
  • Assist in creating and updating educational resources, manuals, and documentation.

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an education, training, instructional design, or related degree program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience or coursework in education, training, or instructional design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and online learning platforms is a plus.
