Role:
Data Analyst Intern
Internship Description:
- Responsible data analyzing and management of internal CRM
- Track internal systems and suggest improvements
- Track internal spreadsheets, suggest and implement improvements for automatization
- Find opportunities to help team increase client acquisition and support accordingly (i.e. share ideas, solutions, and topics for marketing, provide feedback to improve process and systems, etc.)
- Work with clients for market survey, feasibility study and other inquiries
- Obtain regular updates regarding to the government regulation and obtain market knowledge and communicate to consultants accordingly
- Maintain and update the sales pipeline and lead inquiries on the company’s CRM
Internship Requirements:
- Have minimum 1 years job experience (school projects are acceptable)
- Excellent in English skills in verbal and written
- Passionate about data analyzing
- Creative and proactive for solving issues and any problems
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- Strong solution-orientation and client orientation
- A team player with high level of dedication and ability to work independently and in a team as well
- Strong willingness to learn
- Have a can-do attitude, and keeping an open and positive mindset to find practical solutions
Assets
Extra years of data entry experience
Have experience using CRMs such as Hubspot, Odo
