Customer Success Executive
Internship Description
This position will be an essential role to deliver success to our clients globally. We are seeking to fill this position with a well-rounded support person to help build the company’s reputation for outstanding service. The Customer Success Executive will focus initially on implementations and customer support for existing customers in the region. The Customer Success Executive is expected to provide day to day support for clients, onboarding setup and training through customer engagement.
● Act as primary point of contact throughout customer lifecycle to our global customers
● Advocate for customers internally
● Help customers understand how the company works, troubleshooting any issues that they encounter
● Run interactive training sessions with new and existing customers
● Organise and prioritise customer feedback
● Interface directly with the tech team to ensure the product roadmap is moving in the right direction
● Customer Relationship Management
● Lead internal projects and processes
● Collaborate internally and with partners to drive successful completion of projects, partnering with other resources as necessary to ensure project success
Responsibilities
As Customer Success Executive you will be the vital link between the tech team and customers across 30+ countries. The clue is in the job title: you will help our customers get the most out of our company and be successful with our product. You will:
● Help customers understand how the product works, troubleshooting any issues that they encounter
● Run interactive training sessions with new and existing customers
● Organise and prioritise customer feedback

● Minimise Churn: ensure that subscription cancellation is kept to a minimum

● A Bachelor’s degree
● Excellent written and spoken English skills
