Role: Customer/Operations Support

Internship Description:

The host organisation are looking for an intern who can work on the following projects;

  • Support in creation of budgets
  • Response to requests
  • Follow-up requests
  • Sending and monitoring satisfaction questionnaires

Activities are not limited to the above, and candidates are encouraged to discuss further their own abilities and interests in an interview to identify synergies.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with initiative and ‘can do’ attitude
  • Proactive and willing to take the lead
  • With interest in learning about the activities and projects the host company is undertaking
  • Candidates with an interest in social impact and inclusivity will be highly valued
  • High level of English, bilingual or native
