As our Company Culture Intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in cultivating and refining this critical asset, embarking on a strategic journey to: Cultural Assessment: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis, utilizing employee surveys, engagement data, and internal feedback to assess the current state of our company culture, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. Strategic Ideation: Leverage your analytical skills and cultural awareness to formulate innovative proposals for enhancing our workplace environment, fostering collaboration, inclusivity, and employee wellbeing in alignment with industry best practices. Narrative Architect: Craft compelling narratives and communication materials that effectively capture the essence of our culture, showcasing its unique values and fostering a sense of belonging and community among diverse talent pools. Collaborative Partnership: You’ll work closely with our People Operations team, actively contributing your fresh perspective and collaborating with seasoned professionals to implement impactful cultural initiatives and measure their effectiveness.

Internship Requirements:

  • Compelling Communicator: Exhibit exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, ensuring clear and concise presentation of findings, proposals, and persuasive communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Thrive in a dynamic team environment, actively contributing your ideas, learning from mentors, and adapting to diverse perspectives to achieve shared goals.
  • Prior experience in human resources, organizational development, or internal communications is advantageous, but your intellectual curiosity, strategic agility, and unwavering commitment to contributing to a thriving company culture are highly valued.
  • Learning Outcome Organizational Anthropologist: You will start to develop a deep understanding of human dynamics and organizational behavior, able to analyze complex workplace environments and identify key cultural influences.
  • Strategic Analyst: You will develop strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to data interpretation, capable of translating insights into actionable recommendations for cultural improvement.
