Role:

Client Success Executive Intern

Internship Description:

Possible tasks and projects include:

  • Actively manage and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure that client needs are being met
  • Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs and concerns
  • Identify and resolve any issues that clients may have with the company’s products or services
  • Provide feedback to the company’s leadership team about client needs and concerns in order to inform strategic decision-making

N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.

Internship Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to foster positive business relationships
  • Ability to identify client needs, make accurate conclusions, and provide recommendations
  • Highly self-motivated about making a difference and a genuine impact on the clients
