Overview
- This company is looking for a full-time enthusiastic and social individual to join their team as a Business Development Intern (Partnership focused). In this function, your task is to support on the development of Dining events, campaigns and programs
- This includes developing plans, proposals, and presentations and attending meetings with potential partners such as banks, credit card companies, media, institutions, alcohol brands, and more
- Please note that this internship includes meeting with various partners throughout different industries. Therefore, they are looking for someone with an eye for detail, great social skill, is entrepreneurial, and enjoys developing and nurturing relationships
- Experience in the Hospitality industry, entrepreneurship, business development, creating communities, or other partnerships is a plus point
What you will learn and do as a Business Development (Partnership) Intern:
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the team
- Researching and developing business opportunities – finding potential partners, brainstorming ideas for collaboration, putting together the proposal for the partner, and actively taking part in the negotiations with the partner
- Account management and administrative support to the team, such as preparing documents (presentations, contracts, etc)
- Maintaining and nurturing relationships with partners
- Finding appropriate partners for various dining events, campaigns, and programs
- Co-ordinate dining programs that they run locally but also throughout the Region (ASIA)
- In this function, they provide you the freedom to come up with any creative idea for a campaign, event, or program
Side Activities:
- Analyzing the feedback from partners, creating reports, and providing feedback for improvement to the team
- Analyzing the performance of dining programs, events, and campaigns and advising the team.
- Working with other departments to ensure that our partnersā needs and expectations are met
- Proactively responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely manner
- Other side activities to help the team or develop the business as needed
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Strong social, analytical, and communication skills
- Comfortable in initiating conversations and doing many meetings with potential partners
- English language skill is a must (Vietnamese speaking is a plus)
- Experience in customer service and business development is a bonus
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, excel, word, outlook)
- Design skills are a bonus (i.e. Canva)
