Business Development Intern
Internship Description:
Possible tasks and projects include:
- Increasing our network and finding projects, new partners in domestic and Asian markets – sales network
- Attend certain social networking and outreach events where our business is a sponsor or participant such as Chamber of Commerce events
- Working side by side with two spirits brands, developing their customers datas (bars, restaurants, hotels) in Saigonese Market – sales
- Expand sales to other possible markets outside of Vietnam
- Looking out for European Distributors who are willing to distribute local Vietnamese Spirits Brands – aiming to make a market visit in March 2024 – sales network
- Identify potential customer leads (individuals or companies) and find ways to reach out to those leads to convert them into customers
- Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Fluent English, and speaking Vietnamese is a huge plus!
- Great networking skills: small talk, relationship building, confidence in social settings, effective communicator
- Willing to go to networking events outside during of working hours
- Can-do attitude, self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Good verbal, communication and collaboration skills
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
