Internship Description:

Possible tasks and projects include:

  • Provide ideas to attract new customers and expand sales
  • Maintain relationships with customers
  • Finding and reaching out to potential customers to create new business opportunities
  • Update the database of current and potential customers regularly
  • Understand all the company’s services and communicate clearly with customers
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that all activities of the company are smooth
  • Support Marketing events, develop content for the company’s website
  • Support or conduct presentations, product presentations to potential customers
  • Respond to customer complaints within allowable limits
  • Collaborate with other associates to increase sales

N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.

Internship Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or <3 years of experience
  • Understanding business performance metrics
  • Ability to self-motivate, set specific goals, and focus on achieving them
  • Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Have good organizational and time management skills
  • Confidently offer to many types of customers
  • Be open to receiving suggestions
