Internship Description:
Freshen Up Our Venues: Take a close look at our current offerings and branding to see where we can improve. Come up with creative ideas to make each location stand out and appeal to our target audience. Spark Business Growth: Help us develop strategies to grow our business, both at individual venues and across the entire group. Think outside the box to find new ways to attract customers and increase revenue. Partner with Marketing: Work with our marketing team to create exciting campaigns that bring your ideas to life. Help us spread the word about our venues and get people excited to visit. Streamline Operations: Identify ways to make our operations more efficient and improve the guest experience. Look for areas where we can save time and money, and make things run more smoothly. Solve Problems and Boost Profits: Analyze data to identify challenges and areas for improvement. Develop solutions to address losses and help us achieve our financial goals.
Internship Requirements:
- Passion for Food and Beverage: You have a deep understanding of the F&B industry and love creating memorable dining experiences. Market Savvy (Bonus): Knowledge of the Hong Kong market and its trends is a plus, but we’re also open to fresh perspectives and eager learners.
- Strong Communicator: You can express your ideas clearly and confidently, both in writing and in person. You’re also a great listener and can build strong relationships with colleagues and partners.
- Experience with Multiple Venues (Ideal): Have you worked in a hospitality group with multiple locations before? If so, you’ll have a great understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved.
