Role: Human Resources Intern
Internship Description
Employee value proposition role:

On campus recruitment Role:
- Develop a system to organize and coordinate all of JOKR campus recruiting activities.
- Identify universities on relevant geographies (USA, Latin America, Europe) to partner with.
- Be the liaison between the company and the selected universities.
- Liaise with marketing/branding, to align activities and information assets with brand strategy and achieve consistency of messaging.
- Ideate and execute a calendar of related activities, like open JOKR days, and campus events.
- Define with HR team and Hiring Managers the need for summer interns.
- Prepare correspondent Job Descriptions and identify the best universities and mayors for each internship.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the final candidate selection process.
- Help validate any relevant information or documents.
- Own onboarding process for interns.
Employee Communications Project:
- Work closely with the global HR team to build out internal employee communications
- Define communication plans: assets and its cadence
- Support ideas with research and experience
- Work with marketing to define tone of voice and alignment with external communications
- Always keep in mind the company culture we want to maintain and build upon
- Publish videos and photography on company website and blogs
- Other duties as assigned
Onboarding project:
- Work closely with the global HR team to build out a common onboarding process for all new hires
- Create a general onboarding checklist
- Define onboarding steps and touch points
- Think through general assets all regions can use as well as more localized assets
- Create presentations, emails, and other communications for hiring managers to use in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Consider the two pipelines (blue collar and white collar) and how the onboarding process would be similar and different
- Always keep in mind the company culture we want to maintain and build upon

Group Reporting Intern
- Assist Group Consolidation Manager with various finance admin tasks and intercompany reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of the consolidated annual, quarterly, and monthly financial statements of the Group (according to IFRS) and monitor financial audits, (Using Lucanet).
- Assist in coordination of the Finance teams of our international subsidiaries.
- Support the analysis of group balance sheet, income statement and cash flow monthly.
- Support the balance reconciliation process for the group.
Requirements

- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR, recruiting or a related discipline preferred.

- 0-1 years’ experience in any role including internships (e.g., Group Reporting, Finance, Marketing or Auditing)
- Currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Business or any business-related field,
- Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organisation.
- Advanced levels with MS office skills, Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Fluency in English level required, any additional languages (Spanish, Deutsch, French, etc.) in markets we operate in is an added advantage.
