Internship Position:
Organisation Development Intern
Internship Description:
- Support Organisation Systems Development Team about the creation of a LEAN policy and implementation
- Support the standardisation of inter-departmental KPI calculation
- Writing of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Documents proofreading (related to different functions of the organisation such as Quality, Operations, HR, General Administration, etc.
Internship Requirements:
- Student of Engineering or student of Chinese language interested in industry (Engineering students preferred)
- Disciplined, orderly
- Native English language level
