Internship Position:
Manufacturing/Electronic Engineering Internship
Internship Description:
- Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Company.
- Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring Quality System and policies into compliance with requirements
- Effectively interact with production, project and development team to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.
- Ensuring manufacturing complies with internal and external standards and requirements.
- Ensuring test and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and those product modifications are investigated if required.
- Manage and maintain the company’s quality inspections and product release systems for incoming, in-progress materials and components, processes and finished goods.
- Communicating with clients to report quality issues and provide corrective action plans and solutions to QA/QC issues related to design, materials or concept for long-term quality reinforcement and durability of the product.
- Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department activities.
- Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.
- Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as dictated by production schedules and workflow.
- Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations.
- Recommending measures to improve quality of service, increasing efficiency of department and work crew and equipment performance
- Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of lean enterprise practices
- Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and components are stored safely - Conduct, lead, or implement the appropriate process audits; the audits will identify the need for the appropriate containment, corrective, and preventive actions, leading to minimizing or eliminating process deviations and non-conforming product root causes.

Requirements:

- Intern should be a team worker, strongly self-motivated and can work under pressure
- Relevant degree
- Skilled use of CAD software
