Internship Description:
Join us as our Accounting & Finance Intern and gain valuable experience in the heart of a thriving hospitality business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Handle daily bookkeeping tasks with accuracy, checking and approving invoices, bills, and making sure records are spotless. Oversee petty cash spending, carefully reviewing and approving each transaction to safeguard our financial resources. Analyze balance sheets and income statements to uncover insights that guide strategic decisions and impact profitability. Dive into P&L statements to understand revenue streams, expense management, and identify areas for optimization. Help create clear and efficient Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the finance department, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

- Xero Software Experience (Advantageous but not required): Familiarity with Xero accounting software would be a plus. F&B Industry Understanding (Advantageous but not required): Knowledge of the food and beverage industry and its operations would be beneficial.
