Role: Account Manager

Internship Description

This company is seeking an Account Management Intern to help them with the day-to-day client communications and client content management. This is a remote part-time or full-time role with the option to work in person with their team in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Chengdu, or Singapore.
In this role, candidates should expect to make a large impact on the company. Being organized and being able to work independently is a requirement. An entrepreneurial spirit and bi-lingual capability are a plus!

This role reports directly to the Chief Client Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day client communications
  • Creating client training materials on admin portal
  • Resolving problems and managing client expectations
  • Identifying opportunities and increasing customer engagement on the app
  • Conducting competitor research with SWOT analysis
  • From time to time, you may be asked to help with sales initiatives
    Requirements
     
  • Native English or Chinese speaker (bi-lingual is a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, EXCEL, CRM software, and other tools
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
