Role:
Human Resources Intern (China)
Internship Description:
- Supporting the talent acquisition and recruitment processes on a global scale.
- Managing HR documentation and administrative processes efficiently.
- Participating in initiatives that foster a positive company culture and enhance employee well-being.
- Assisting in the delivery of training and professional development programs.
- Supporting performance management and employee relations activities.
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Be a current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Be fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English; proficiency in Spanish is a distinct advantage.
- Possess a solid understanding of Chinese labour sector culture and practices.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Have a keen interest in talent management and fostering a positive company culture.
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
