Commercial Law Intern

Internship Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Law Intern to join our legal team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in commercial law, including contract drafting, compliance, and commercial dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in commercial law and a keen interest in applying their knowledge in a practical, business-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Conduct legal research on commercial law issues, including regulatory compliance and industry standards.
  • Support the legal team in managing commercial disputes and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice on commercial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain legal documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay updated on developments in commercial law and their implications for the business.
