Role:
Loom Video Creation and Customer Experience Intern
Internship Description:
- Learning how to use various products or complete specific actions, such as making a purchase on an e-commerce website, and creating “how-to” video tutorials using Loom.
- Evaluating competitors’ services, focusing on ease of use, and proposing potential improvements to our own processes.
- Conducting user testing by simulating various client use cases, including attempting to identify potential issues or “break” the product.
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong understanding of user experience principles.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating clear and concise video tutorials.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using Loom or similar screen recording software.
- A proactive and problem-solving approach to user testing.
- A genuine interest in improving customer experience.
