Role:

SEO & Digital Marketing Intern

Internship Description:

Focus areas will shift from week to week including but not limited to on-page SEO, content creation, technical SEO, keyword research, and analytics tracking, specifically:

  • Audit and Benchmar
    • Conduct a technical SEO audit for the sites (Kiremico, Videos 2B and Asia 2 Market) using tools like Google Search Console and Ubersuggest.
    • Identify baseline metrics: organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlinks.
    • Benchmark competitors in the video production and global market distribution niches.
  • Keyword Research
    • Use keyword tools to identify high-potential terms relevant to each site:
      • Videos 2B: Video production services, e-commerce video marketing, and product video storytelling.
      • Asia 2 Market: Distributor network expansion, global market entry, international OEM connections.
    • Group keywords by search intent (informational, transactional).
  • On-Page Optimization
    • Optimize meta tags, headers, and image alt texts for priority pages.
    • Implement internal linking strategies to improve navigation.
    • Align content for target audience personas:
      • Videos 2B: Focus on e-commerce brands and content creators.
      • Asia 2 Market: Target OEMs and brands seeking market entry solutions.
      • Kiremico: Target musicians that want to move their project forward.
  • Content Creation:
    • Develop SEO-focused blog posts:
      • Videos 2B: “Top 5 Video Marketing Trends for 2024,” “How to Use Video for E-Commerce Success.”
      • Asia 2 Market: “Breaking into Global Markets in 2024,” “Key Trade Shows for OEMs.”
    • Update existing content with new keywords and visuals.
  • Technical SEO
    • Fix crawl issues, optimize XML sitemaps, and improve site speed.
    • Ensure mobile responsiveness and implement structured data markup.
    • Set up analytics tracking for enhanced insights.
  • Backlink Building
    • Identify guest posting opportunities in relevant niches.
    • Build backlinks using outreach and broken link strategies.
    • Monitor backlink profiles for quality assurance.
  • Tracking and Reporting
    • Analyze results: keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and conversion rates.
    • Create a final report summarizing achievements and providing future recommendations.
    • Present findings to the leadership team for actionable next steps.
