Internship Description:

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity within our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team, contributing to key HR functions and learning the intricacies of talent acquisition.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be involved in a variety of tasks that are crucial to the recruitment process, including:
  • Talent Sourcing: Assisting in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screening Resumes: Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including arranging meeting logistics and sending confirmations.
  • Onboarding Support: Helping to prepare onboarding materials and assisting with the orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Employer Branding: Contributing to employer branding initiatives by creating content for social media and participating in recruitment events such as job fairs.
  • Data Management: Maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely information regarding candidates’ status and feedback from interviews.

Internship Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Study Background: Ideally, candidates will be pursuing degrees in – Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Other Expectations: We are looking for proactive individuals who are eager to learn and have a genuine interest in HR and talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
