Role:
Media/Content Creation Intern
Internship Description:
As an intern, you will be entrusted with a variety of tasks designed to develop your skills and contribute to our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Drafting basic public relations and social media materials, such as news releases, posts, media alerts, and fact sheets.
- Creating and editing content for in-house or client brands in multiple formats, including video, text, and graphics.
- Conducting market research to support client projects and business strategies.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of special events and media activities as directed by your supervisor.
- Participating in weekly team meetings to update on project progress and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of media lists and various databases, including those for clients, marketing, prospects, and administrative purposes. This includes tasks such as database creation, data entry, and updates.
- Preparing reports for internal brands and clients.
- Coordinating with external vendors to ensure the successful completion of tasks such as printing, audio/visual equipment rental, photography, and graphic design services.
- Handling administrative duties as required.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Internship Requirements:
The ideal candidate will:
- Be actively enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant university program.
- Demonstrate the ability to undertake basic communication tasks in Thai, English, or both.
- Have a solid understanding of media relations and social media, coupled with the ability to interact responsibly and judiciously with the team and clients.
- Possess a working knowledge of computers, particularly MS Office.
- Ideally, have experience with Adobe software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Canva, Create Vista, Davinci Resolve, or other editing and project management software.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
