The Project:

You’ll be working with our client, a private medical and GP clinic in Cardiff to design and implement a revolutionary membership-based model for their GP services. This project aims to create a sustainable membership structure, including financial planning, service offerings, and tiered membership options. Your contributions will be instrumental in their growth!

Internship Description:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand membership models in healthcare and identify best practices.
  • Develop a comprehensive membership model, complete with financial projections and attractive service offerings.
  • Design marketing strategies and craft compelling materials to promote the membership model and attract new patients.
  • Research and recommend a suitable platform for managing memberships, considering the clinic’s needs and budget.
  • Implement the membership management system and ensure smooth integration with existing operations.
  • Monitor the progress of the marketing and membership strategies, providing regular updates and suggesting improvements based on data insights.
