Account Executive Intern
Internship Description:
The Account Executive will serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and several client accounts, coordinating daily communication and project management across various agency departments. This role involves significant input in developing strategic marketing plans and ensuring their successful execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Engage in high-level business conversations with clients.
- Maximize account penetration with current and prospective customers.
- Conduct sales presentations, secure new business, and build and maintain long-term client relationships.
N.B. tasks and projects may vary depending on current priorities. Specific projects and responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.
Internship Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (100% bilingual), with a preference for candidates who have lived in the US or Mexico (LATAM).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
- Strategic thinker with a highly motivated, positive attitude and disciplined approach.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on projects to completion.
- High level of self-confidence and ability to work independently.
- Goal-driven, capable of multitasking, and possessing strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must own transportation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, be a self-starter, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong work ethic and demonstrated record of customer service orientation.
