Role:
Executive Assistant Intern
Internship Description:
- You’ll be instrumental in keeping our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system running smoothly. This includes inputting and updating client information, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports for insightful analysis.
- Support the development of a well-structured sales pipeline within the CRM. You’ll track leads through various stages, implement automation tools for efficiency, and identify new business development opportunities.
- Assist in researching promising leads and prospects for the sales team. You’ll play a key role in identifying potential investors and inputting their information into the CRM for follow-up.
- Be our right hand in managing sales communication. This involves drafting follow-up emails to leads, coordinating meetings, and maintaining communication logs within the CRM.
- Embrace the “Inbox Zero” philosophy! You’ll organize and prioritize incoming emails, ensuring timely communication. Respond or forward emails when necessary, and keep the inbox clutter-free by archiving or deleting non-essential messages.
- Own the company’s LinkedIn presence. Update and maintain the profile, curate and post relevant content, engage with connections, and identify potential leads and networking opportunities.
