HR Intern

Internship Description:

Recruitment :
  • Candidate profile search on multiple social media platforms such as Linkedin, desktop search, and job boards.
  • Data entry to recruitment management tool (Hrmos)
  • Screen resumes and application forms
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed
  • Participate in organizing company events and career days
Admin:
  • Support with company procurements (finding and comparing vendors, purchasing and expense claims)
  • Represent the company to visit government departments such as tax, and social insurance to submit documents if needed.
  • Managing and storing company/employee documents.
  • Providing support to staff members in other departments as request

Internship Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or final year student who can work full-time. If you have experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Organizational skills
