Organisation Description:
We are innovators in the ‘well-tech’ industry. Now more than ever, organisations are faced with a profound choice – invest in enabling wellbeing directly into work or lose competitiveness. We base our services on our research that a resilient organisation successfully absorbs change whilst maintaining its’ core values and integrity. We help clients build their own internal resilience capability to enhance the organisation’s capacity for change, ensuring their people operate in an optimum way, driving both performance and well-being together.
Our leading technology platform is the window into organisational resilience data. It equips leaders with the know-how to proactively manage their teams, reduce hot spots and optimally balance workload. Clients such as Google, HSBC, Suzano, NHS, and Central and Local Government experienced transformation. We take a pragmatic approach whilst maintaining rigour in our methodology. Of crucial importance is the understanding that different employee populations have different resilience needs. Understanding and acting on these differences in real-time is a game changer.
- Enhance and Spread Resilience and Wellbeing in Every Interaction: Our core philosophy is to enhance resilience in all interactions, whether our website, our materials, our client work or our internal team discussions.
- Be Human: Be compassionate. Be kind. Be real.
- Reveal the Truth: Call it as it is, in a straightforward and compassionate way. Do not rescue, instead, build agency and insight. Our data capability is key to bringing this value alive.
- Be Bold: Aim high. Unlock your own and others’ ambitions on behalf of the resilience of our clients, our client organisations and our network of practitioners and collaborators.
- Be Curious and Impactful: Innovate and learn. Don’t expect to be ‘right’, but continue to imagine and discover what better looks like.
