Internship Description:
- Network & Engagement: You will reach out to recruiters, HR managers, and HR graduates to foster awareness about the AI revolution in HR and recruitment.
- Client Outreach: You will approach hiring companies and recruitment firms, discerning their AI transformation needs and facilitating discussions with Highventures Executives.
- Needs Assessment: You will utilize your analytical skills to identify and understand the specific requirements for AI transformation, inviting HR professionals and recruiters for insightful discussions and meetings.
- Online Interactions: You will initiate online interactions and organize meetings or podcasts with our partner, “Talent Touch,” to delve deeper into AI implementation strategies.
- Strategic Planning: You will develop organizational plans for seamless AI implementation, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Tools Evaluation: You will conduct in-depth studies and comparisons of AI tools and methodologies to optimize HR and recruitment processes.
